The Frog Tree Farm Village

At the heart of our retreat experience is the Frog Tree Farm Village, a collection of seven rustic cabins of varying sizes, along with tents and additional camping options.

The village offers a comfortable, community-centered experience where guests can enjoy their own sleeping accommodations while sharing common spaces and amenities.

Our accommodations and facilities include:

• Seven rustic cabins featuring 17 permanent beds, with a variety of sleeping arrangements.
• Tents and camping options for guests seeking an outdoor overnight experience.
• Central bathhouse featuring two identical bathrooms with toilets and showers. Individual cabins do not have private bathrooms.
• Laundry area located in the bathhouse for added convenience.
• Two cabins with kitchens, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and enjoy a self-catering retreat.
• Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for meetings, meals, workshops, and social activities.
• Parking available for overnight guests and visiting groups.
• Nature trails and Crow Wing River access for exploring and enjoying the outdoors.

Our seven cabins accommodate up to 17 guests in individual beds. Additional sleeping arrangements are available through tents and shared accommodations, with larger groups accommodated by advance arrangement.

We believe every group should have the flexibility to create the retreat experience that works best for them.

Our most affordable option! Enjoy exclusive use of the farm, seven cabins with 17 beds, central bathhouse, gathering spaces, trails, and other basic amenities. Guests bring their own bedding, pillows, and towels, prepare their own meals, and handle cleaning and garbage removal.

All rentals include exclusive use of the reserved retreat property, cabins, central bathhouse, gathering spaces, and outdoor amenities.

• Overnight accommodations: Rates include up to 17 overnight guests in seven cabins.
• Additional overnight guests: $40 per person, per night beyond 17 guests. Larger groups require advance approval.
• Community Access Rates: Available to qualifying nonprofits, schools, youth-serving organizations, and grassroots community groups.
• Retreat packages: Comfort, Hosted, and Fully Supported services are priced separately from facility rental.
• Security deposit: A refundable deposit is required ($500 for day use, $750 for standard overnight retreats, and $1,000 for youth or larger groups).
• Holiday rates: Community Access discounts may be unavailable during holidays and peak periods.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes are additional.

Activities are subject to availability, weather, and safety conditions. Additional charges may apply. Contact us to customize your retreat experience.

Reservations & Payments: A signed rental agreement and 25% down payment are required to secure your reservation. An additional 25% is due 60 days before arrival, with the remaining balance and refundable security deposit due 14 days before arrival. The initial down payment is generally nonrefundable. Special payment requirements may apply to reservations made within 60 days of arrival.

Dogs & Pets: Well-behaved dogs may be permitted with advance approval. Dogs must be supervised, kept under control, and cleaned up after at all times. For the safety of our farm animals, wildlife, and guests, dogs may not roam freely. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Please contact us before bringing your dog.
