Perfect for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and enjoying the warmth of the fire under the starlit sky, our campfire area provides a quintessential outdoor experience for guests to unwind and connect with nature..  

Embrace the spirit of outdoor fun with our selection of yard games. From classics like cornhole and horseshoes to Bacci ball, our assortment of yard games offers great entertainment. Gather for friendly competitions and leisurely afternoons in the fresh air. 

The Crow Wing River borders the property to the south and can be accessed by an impressive flight of stairs that were revamped by hand out of upcycled materials in 2020. Swimming, wading, tubing, and canoeing are all options, and the beauty of the place is accentuated by its tranquility. 

There are miles of trails throughout the property that can be walked, ran, or biked. Most of the trees are pines. Peace’s parents planted thousands of Norway pines in their first few years of living on the property and they provide wind breaks and habitat for the many creatures that share the farm with us. The trees that have planted themselves are the Jackpine. They grow everywhere and their glorious and fantastical shapes will intrigue you. Together, these elements – the towering trees, the vibrant mushrooms, the lush moss, the native grasses and the people that gather– collectively contribute to what makes Frog Tree Farm so unique.
