First Aid, emergency medial situations, & Severe weather

First Aid Kits: Fully stocked first aid kits are located in the bath house and includes basic supplies such as, bandages, antiseptics, gauze, adhesive tape, scissors, tweezers, gloves, and other essential first aid supplies.

Emergency Contacts: Clear instructions and contact information for local medical services and emergency responders are posted in all cabins. The nearest medical facility is a short drive from the farm

Emergency Response Plan: In the event of a serious medical situation, we will contact emergency services and guide them to the location promptly.

Severe Weather Shelter: In case of severe weather, all guests will be directed to the underground house, which is a safe and secure shelter. This facility is owned by a board member of Friends of Frog Tree Farm and is specifically designed to provide protection during extreme weather conditions.

Weather Monitoring: Our staff continuously monitors weather reports and alerts to ensure we can respond quickly to any developing severe weather situations.

Notification System: In the event of severe weather, our staff will immediately notify all guests and guide them to the underground house. Clear directions and guidance will be provided to ensure a swift and orderly move to safety.
