Costs

Exclusive Use of Facilities:

We don't rent individual cabins; instead, your group will have exclusive access to all our facilities. This includes the screen porches, kitchen, grills, trails, river access, cabins, communal spaces, etc. 

Cost Overview:

• Day use minimum fee: $1,000 + tax (this will not include the use of the sleeping areas) We can host up to 35 guests and can arrive as early as 8:00am and depart as late as 9:00pm
• One night stay minimum fee: $1,500 + tax  with up to 15 guests
• Two night stay: $2,200 + tax and $1,000 + tax for each additional night with up to 15 guests
• Check in: 1pm Check-out: Noon

Meal Options:

We offer flexible meal options to suit your group's needs:

• Breakfast: $9 per person
• Lunch: $11 per person
• Dinner: $18 per person
• Snacks and beverages: $12 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee, condiments, paper products, bug spray, suntan lotion, etc.)

We also provide the option for community-prepared meals at the same cost, fostering a sense of connection and collaboration among your group.
